Fully Managed

This service requires NO UPFRONT FEES, and is a competitive 10% pcm + VAT


This service is Inclusive of marketing, tenant find, detailed referencing and independent inventory. There is absolutely nothing to pay until the first months rent when you only pay a £299 + VAT fee. This is a complete package designed to be stress free and cater to your individual needs. No commission fees for maintenance works, no hidden bond or 'administration' fees...

What's included:

  • Within this service we market your property on Zoopla, Facebook, Office window and our website the same day.

  • We complete all viewings, and a comprehensive independent inventory.

  • Once all parties are completely happy we then draw up a clear and detailed tenancy agreement checking the tenant in to their new home.

  • We also carry out checks at the property once every 3 months and send you a detailed report.

  • Your rent will be promptly paid on a day you designate. 

  • From gas safety checks to handling maintenance issues we look after your property so you don't have to.

  • Our fully managed service will never have hidden fees of deposit administration, deposit claims, tenancy renewals and repair commission to name but a few hidden charges out there

Let Only Tenant Find

This service is available for only £400 + vat! This service is perfect for you if you would like to manage the on-going running and maintenance of your property but need help upfront to find the perfect tenant.

What's included:

  • This service includes the marketing of your property, completing all viewings and a full appraisal of the perspective tenant.

  • Once all parties are completely happy we then go ahead and draw up the tenancy agreement and can also provide a thorough and detailed inventory if desired for a small fee.

  • Before we assist the tenant moving into their new home we collect the first month’s rent plus the bond and forward this on as soon as possible.

  • It is then over to you to manage the on-going relationship but we are always here if you need any support or extra services.

Switching Service

We are here to help you switch from your current agent or take over from you if managing your property is becoming a little too much.


Many people switch for various reasons, poor service and lack of communication from your current agent along with high fees are the most common we encounter.


We will help you work with your current agent from start to finish for no extra fees, whether that be through emails, telephone or visits to our shop.
