As our new lettings agents we were used to poor service and little to no communication at all. White House have came in and surpassed our expectations and delivered great service and communication whilst decorating and fixing any issues in our property.

For many years now we feel tenants have often been neglected by agents and landlords. We value tenants and without happy tenants we do not have happy landlords...

That is why when you join the White House Family you will experience our high levels of customer service and be able to contact us easily. You will find maintenance and repairs easy to arrange and be able to download our App to make managing your tenancy as efficiently as possible.

The new tenant journey

Once you have found the property you like follow the links contained in the advertisements to contact us.

You can find our available properties here on the website, or through Zoopla and OnTheMarket

We will then go through certain questions to check prospective tenant eligability for the property in question. Some of our homes have tenant criteria set by the landlord, for example a landlord may no want pets at their property.

Once these questions are met we will arrange a video viewing or physical viewing

We will meet you at the appointment for your viewing where we can answer any questions and show you the property. Should all parties be happy and you wish to make an application you will be invited to sign our terms of business and transfer a holding deposit of of 1 weeks worth of rent.

This is not an application fee and no application fees are charged.

Referencing As part of our obligations to our landlords we carry out detailed referencing. This is completed online through a trusted independent company. Once referencing is passed you will be asked to confirm a move in date and get ready for your new house.

Prior to moving in you will have reviewed and signed your tenancy agreement and all legal documents. You will also have been invited to download our App.

On the day we will have arranged a mutually convenient check in time.

Once you have moved in we contact you to make sure everything is going well. Every 3 months we come out to see you for a property check. Its a great way to keep in touch and build working relationships.

Tenancy renewals and maintenance can be completed through our App, emails, visiting our office or traditional mail. Whatever makes it easier for you.
